Overview

Winwood Products is a supplier of the following birch full length stave panels & worktops:

Specially ordered in minimum quantity of full pallets per item, these products are constructed from full thickness, full length strips of birch. The strips are random width of 40-90mm wide, with each panel made from a single width of strip.

The staves making up the panel are bonded together with B3 water resistant glue, calibrated to 80 grit and the faces protected with shrinkwrapping before packaging on a pallet for shipping

The panel can be supplied as produced, or cut or machined to pattern. They can also be supplied prefinished with lacquer, oil, wax or special finishes as required.

    • Full thickness, full length birch staves of random width (40-90mm wide) - single width within each panel

  • Special sizes:
    • In principle, any size can be produced up to the maximum stated above
  • Standard Finish:
    • Calibrated with 80 grit

    • Faces protected with shrinkwrapping

    • Length/width: up to 1m @ ±1mm, up to 2m @ ±2mm , 2m & above @ ±3mm
