Overview

Winwood Products is a supplier of the following European Walnut finger jointed panels & worktops:

Specially ordered in minimum quantity of full pallets per item, these finger jointed panels & worktops are constructed from 40mm wide European Walnut strips of varying length (250mm-600mm). The the strips are end-jointed with a finger joint profile (which is stronger than the natural wood) to achieve the panel length, and these jointed strips bonded together to achieve the final panel size.

The European Walnut strips making up the panel core and faces are bonded together with B3 water resistant glue, and the faces calibrated to 80 grit before being protected with shrinkwrapping

The panels can be supplied as produced, or cut or machined to pattern. They can also be supplied prefinished with lacquer, oil, wax or special finishes as required.
