high-quality MDF, but with the additional benefit of being the same colour right
through, as the colour of the panel is integrated into its very fibres during the
manufacturing process.

as a service to customers who regularly purchase other materials from us, as an
additional service.
All products can be supplied square cut to size/pattern, or with profiled edges
and routered faces using CNC technology and
painted
to your particular needs.
- Commercial MDF distributed to existing UK customers (standard, moisture resistant, fire retardant, exterior, lightweight, ultra-light, high density, deep routing grade)
- Commercial thickness ranging from 2mm to 50mm
- Commercial sizes (2440x1220/1525/1830mm, 3050x1220/1525mm, etc)
- Available up to max 2800mm wide x any length (subject to minimum quantities)
- CNC machining and edge profiling available
- Painted MDF can be supplied in colours matching various systems or a specific sample
Hardboard Products
We
supply a range of high quality raw & painted hardboards that are produced using
100% eucalyptus fibres.
These hardboard panels can be supplied in standard sizes or cut to your specific requirements and can be coated in a wide range of standard colours or in a match to a specific colour to suit your needs.
We can also supply boards in a range of woodgrain patterns that can be coloured to suit your needs, e.g. to match melamine or other coated panels (minimum 100 sheets).
Large size boards and panels with characteristics that are tailored for specific end-use requirements can be supplied, e.g. lower moisture content for pressing with melamine coverings.
