Silver Fir Plywood
A high-quality coniferous plywood
Relatively light in weight
and cost-effective, this is a high-quality coniferous plywood product that can be
supplied as a stand-alone product, i.e. 100% silver fir throughout, although it
is more usually supplied & used in conjunction with a variety of other materials
or veneers in the form of
sound reduction plywood,
beech faced plywood,
oak faced plywood
and other combinations that require a lighter weight, or a lower cost option.
Silver fir plywood can be supplied with unidirectional veneers, whether or not mixed with other species, and used as the core of decorative veneered plywood.
In addition to standard silver fir plywood, we offer this product specifically manufactured as an exterior cladding plywood, (with a surface of standard or brushed finish), with or without a factory applied surface finish, and also fire rated in accordance with EN 13501-1 to classification B-s2,d0

Decorative veneer faced silver fir plywood:
Any of our wide range of decorative real wood veneers can be bonded onto beech plywood core.

Silver fir plywood is available with FSC Certification. This means you can purchase this product safe in the knowledge that it has been sensibly and sustainably managed all along its supply path from the forest right to the point it arrives with you.
