Veneered Chipboard
Veneered chipboard is available faced using any of our full range of over
300 veneers & inlays , and can be supplied in industry standard sizes
We can finish the edges of our veneered chipboard with matching veneer, which is applied after the face veneers have been applied, or we can edge them using matching solid lumber, which can be applied before the face veneers have been bonded to the core, in order to give a concealed, more robust edge that looks more like solid lumber - this will allow a profile to machined to the edges (e.g. chamfer), while keeping the advantages of an engineered product.
As an alternative, we can edge the panels after the panels have been pressed using a matching or contrasting lumber, leaving the strips exposed for a breadboard edges effect (e.g. Figured Maple with an exposed American Black Walnut lumber edging).
Finally, we offer an extensive range of inlays that can be inserted into the face of these veneered chipboard panels. These can be installed in any configuration or design that you might like, to give a panelled effect, in a more ornate or specific arrangement, or simply to show as vertical or horizontal lines across the face.
